OOPS

Now, what have we here?  Stuart Singer, electronics tech extraordinaire is called upon to work some magic (see below)

Magic you ask.  That doesnt look like magic?  And what is that?

This, is a (the only)  power supply for Sarah's work computer.  Why does it look like that you ask?  Quote of the day: Sarah- "I have dropped it lots of times and it always worked!"

Now you must realize the "precision tools" that i have at my disposal, before you judge my methods.  Has anyone ever tried to open a laptop power supply?  There are no screws!  I had to use the saw on my Leatherman.

Unimpressed.

A little solder here, a little there.  (thanks Dave)

Bingo, 15 Volts.

Now the time came to "put it back together"

SUPER GLUE...

didnt work... ELECTRICAL TAPE!!!

Good as new.

Around this time i gave Sarah a small pep talk on respecting electronics in remote regions of the earth.  What was her response. "It should be really easy to open now!!"

Bonus Picture.  Sarah made some hot buns.
