Well, thanks for all the Face Book "shout outs" for my Birthday. If this is the first time you are learning that you missed my birthday, sorry. Im not big on announcing it because i dont like people to feel guilty when they miss it. I think that is because i miss birthdays sometimes, and feel really guilty. So, no worries OK. For your reference, it is May 22nd. A few days before my birthday, Sarah said "does it make you worry at all, that after this one you have no more birthdays in the 20's?" And i said "no, i am turning 28, then 29, you are the one who only has one more birthday in the 20's" If i try to spell Sarah's response, it is something like:
NeeeerrrrrrraaaagggggHH.
So, a week before my birthday we went to Fort Portal, had warm showers (seriously, you may have no idea how important that is to us, after 2 months without) and steak (equally important for me. For Sarah, not so much) So in all, we had some really good times.
Birthday meal at home. Is $7.50 alot for a whole chicken? For real, i don't remember. Like, plucked and ready to cook. We made Tandoori Chicken over charcoal. Also, our lettuce is growing up well, so we has salad too.
Oh, and i also get to eat the meat off the carcase since it is really hard to get all the bits of meat off. Mmmm.
Other than my birthday, Sarah was hard at work in the lab. However, if you take a closer look at the laptop, you will see what really takes up Sarah's time. (Ok, to be fair, this was a sneaky shot and Sarah is not on Facebook that much...)
Just a line on the ground?
Actually, Its just a couple of ants.
There are just too many funny captions i could give this Photo.
You guys look great despite the limited access to warm showers! ;-)
